A massive tank filled with that thick sweet nectar burst open in the city's North End, unleashing a wave of sticky sweetness that crashed through the streets like a tsunami. The flood, standing at least 25 feet in some areas, was catastrophic. Homes and businesses crumbled under the weight of the sticky goo.
